We take utmost care to ensure that our products are delivered to you in secure packaging and in perfect condition, hence we have a No Returns No Refunds policy once the order has been processed and dispatched. However, in exceptional cases, where the product has been delivered to you in a damaged, soiled or opened condition, we may either send you a free replacement or refund the amount to after establishing the facts of the case. You may send us an email on healthygoodiesorders@gmail.com in case you have received the package in a damaged, soiled or opened condition and our customer service team will reach out to as soon as possible to determine the details of the complaint. Depending on the final solution (replacement or refund), the customer service executive will inform you of the expected time that will be required for you to receive the same. In case of Refund for such an order, your payment for the order will be refunded to you through the same channel through which the payment was received by us, subject to any deductions made by the payment partners. The refund will be processed within 10 working days.
